No offroad riding without engine protection
An engine guard is one of the most important protectors when taking a touring Enduro bike off-road. Swirled up stones can jeopardise the light metal housing of the drive unit, and impacts on rock edges or tree stumps can also cause serious damage. Just as every enduro bike has a skid plate, large adventure bikes should also be equipped with a robust engine guard.
Motor guard made of folded or hydroformed aluminium
Touratech offers two different engine guards for touring Enduros. The Rallye model is an engine protector made from hydroformed aluminium, whereas the Expedition engine guard is a classic welded construction made from folded aluminium components.
